Regulations, general conditions of sale 

1. DELIVERY
   

   Chaussures Monette guarantees delivery of orders within 48 hours of purchase, for residents of the cities of Gatineau and Ottawa. Chaussures Monette offers delivery at its own expense when the order exceeds an amount of $100 or more applicable before taxes. 
   
   

2. PRICE
   

   All prices are, unless otherwise indicated, in Canadian dollars. The prices displayed on the Site do not always include GST/QST.
   
   Chaussures Monette is solely responsible for setting the price of the products.
   
   Chaussures Monette reserves the right to correct prices and any erroneous information, to modify the prices of the Services or any other modification herein, at any time, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
   
   If a price is incorrect, Chaussures Monette reserves the right to cancel your order as well as the fees charged and will contact you to offer to place a new order according to the adjusted price or to reimburse you according to the conditions of this Agreement and the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
   
   

3. PAYMENT TERMS

   Payment terms are established at the discretion of Chaussures Monette. Payment can be made by the following means:
   
   Credit card
   Debit card
   Paypal
   
   

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

   Availability of some products is limited and will be updated daily. Chaussures Monette may modify or withdraw products at any time without notice. If an ordered product is not or no longer available, Chaussures Monette will notify you by email and your order will be automatically canceled. The availability of products on the site is in no way binding on Chaussures Monette.
   
   

5. RETURN POLICY

   Monette Shoes guarantees an exchange or a refund within 15 days following the delivery date of a regular price online purchase with all original packaging.

   Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees on orders sent to the customers are deducted from the refunded amount. Customers may not pay shipping fees on orders sent to them, but when refunded those shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount. If the customers decide to take a store credit or an exchange for another product, they will be entitled to the full amount they paid, without deduction of any shipping fees.

   All sale products OFF 30% and up are final sale. All other discounts are exchange only, in store, no refund.

   Refunds are made only after the reception, back to our warehouse of the new, unworn items in their original box.
